This Is The Chit Hot Sauce was founded in 2014 by Chef Lindsay Renee, driven by her passion for crafting unique, flavorful hot sauce. The sauce delivers a memorable experience with smooth Cherrywood smokiness, a touch of exotic fruit sweetness, and a satisfying kick of heat.
The journey began with a friendly hot sauce competition, where Chef Lindsay fired up the smoker, chopped wood, and developed her first batch of This Is The Chit Hot Sauce. Focused on creating flavours that foodies would appreciate, the sauce quickly became a hit.
Chef Lindsay is now excited to introduce her latest creation: This Is The Chit BBQ Sauce—a delicious blend of smoked onions and pineapple, with a bit of that signature "Chit" for an extra zing!!!
Chef Lindsay remains dedicated to expanding her This Is The Chit line, always reflecting her love for bold flavours and the art of smoking.
🌶️ "I want my customers to experience a unique journey on their palate, hitting all levels of flavour with every bite of This Is The Chit Hot Sauce." 🌶️
